Our processing plant is located north of Nigeria, in the state of Kano also called Centre of Commerce. Two warehouses covering a total area of 9,000 m2 are currently being used for processing and storage. Two modern large scale cleaning lines with a daily capacity of 120 MT have been installed for the purpose of sesame seed cleaning. Latest technology was used in the design to ensure a uniform and top quality product. In fact, engineers working in the field of seed conditioning consider sesame seed as one of the hardest seed to clean mainly because of the size. That is why we adopted a multi-stage cleaning process each designed to remove specific impurities to ensure that our sesame seed will not only meet the customers' requirement but also exceed their expectations.
